How Does Remote Online Notarization Work?
Getting your document notarized online is simple and can be completed in under 15 minutes! Just follow these four easy steps.
Requirements
Internet connection, valid government-issued photo identification card or passport, access to smartphone or computer with audio/camera capabilities.
Book Appointment
Easily schedule your appointment by selecting the number of documents you need notarized and choosing a convenient date and time. To confirm your booking, simply provide your full name, email address, and cell phone number. Rest assured, your personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.
Upload Documents
Upload your documents to our secure portal at least 1 hour before your appointment. Once we receive them, you’ll receive an email with a link to join your online notary session. For your privacy and security, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours or immediately after your notary appointment is completed, whichever comes first.
Complete Your Notarization
Follow the instructions and complete your notarization during the session. Enjoy the simplicity and convenience of our online services!
